Move To Ballet
Experience moving with grace while improving posture and alignment. You will learn gentle strengthening and coordination exercises for your feet, torso, and arms using the ballet barre. Ballet works wonders for the brain-to-body connection. Wear comfortable clothing that gives you freedom of movement with socks and/or ballet shoes. Whether or not you have prior ballet experience, Melissa will guide you with her expert knowledge of this beautiful art form.

Move To Jazz
Get your groove on with fun dance moves to warm up your body and soul. While your feet are moving to the beat, enjoy enhancing your physical and mental strength, flexibility, and coordination. You'll learn combos in a variety of jazz styles. Wear clothing that lets your body move with socks and/or jazz shoes or ballet shoes.

Move To Tap
Learn how to make music with your feet. Tap dancers have the unique opportunity to be musicians and dancers simultaneously. Enjoy the great benefits of tap dancing, including balance, rhythm, and stronger brain-to-body connection, along with strengthening your feet, legs, and core. Tap shoes are not required but are encouraged. The best alternative is clean close-toed shoes with little to no tread. In addition, wear comfortable clothing that gives you freedom of movement.
